- Application qualifications As of April 14, 2025, international students who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply:
- living outside of Canada;
- not holding a Humber Polytechnic DLI study permit;
- applying for an eligible full-time program for admission in Fall 2025 or Winter 2026, and accepting an offer of admission between April 14 and June 13, 2025 (limited time). It should be noted that if the applicant has submitted an application for Fall/Winter 2025 admission before April 14, 2025, or holds a 2025 PAL (pre-acceptance letter), they are not eligible.
- Eligibility deadlines for different enrollment seasons :
- Fall 2025 (September enrollment): permit applications must be submitted to IRCC before June 13, 2025.
- Winter 2026 (January enrollment): Study permit applications must be submitted to IRCC before August 30, 2025.
