The Marketing Diploma combines lectures, case studies, a marketing practicum and simulated business exercises to expose you to essential marketing concepts. Set yourself up for a rewarding career with a general business education, and gain specialized knowledge in customer relations, selling, advertising, marketing research and management.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get work experience while you study<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put your skills to work by joining the optional Co-operative Education Program<\/strong><\/a>, which alternates semesters of study with paid, full-time work in your field. You\u2019ll earn money while gaining experience, building your resume and getting an employer reference, all before you graduate. To participate in Co-op you need to plan two semesters in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Business Internship Program<\/strong>,<\/a> you\u2019ll apply the theory and knowledge you\u2019ve learned in class into a real-world business setting. During your unpaid part-time internship, you\u2019ll be assigned tasks and projects that junior management, marketing, business, administrative and\/or sales employees complete in the modern workplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be accepted into the internship program or the Co-op program, you must contact the Career Centre early in your studies at Douglas College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Career opportunities and future education<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon graduation from the Diploma in Marketing, you\u2019ll be qualified for entry-level management trainee positions in retailing, financial marketing or industrial sales. Over 8,600 marketing and advertising<\/strong><\/a> job openings are expected in B.C. over the next 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’d like to continue your education into a degree, all Marketing Diploma classes transfer into the Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing<\/strong><\/a> at Douglas College. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5e02\u573a\u8425\u9500\u6587\u51ed\u8bfe\u7a0b\u5c06\u8bb2\u5ea7\u3001\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u5e02\u573a\u8425\u9500\u5b9e\u4e60\u548c\u6a21\u62df\u5546\u4e1a\u7ec3\u4e60\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u8ba9\u60a8\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u8425\u9500\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u901a\u8bc6\u5546\u4e1a\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u4e00\u4efd\u56de\u62a5\u4e30\u539a\u7684\u804c\u4e1a\u751f\u6daf\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u5ba2\u6237\u5173\u7cfb\u3001\u9500\u552e\u3001\u5e7f\u544a\u3001\u5e02\u573a\u8c03\u7814\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u5546\u4e1a\u5b9e\u4e60\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u628a\u8bfe\u5802\u4e0a\u5b66\u5230\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u548c\u77e5\u8bc6\u8fd0\u7528\u5230\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u65e0\u85aa\u517c\u804c\u5b9e\u4e60\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u88ab\u5206\u914d\u7531\u521d\u7ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u5e02\u573a\u8425\u9500\u3001\u5546\u52a1\u3001\u884c\u653f\u548c\/\u6216\u9500\u552e\u5458\u5de5\u5728\u73b0\u4ee3\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u4efb\u52a1\u548c\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
